Cyclop Technologies
High innovation project (year 2000) sponsored by RIMPEX Chile that included a voice-invoked AI system in charge of reception and administration of multimedia contents received from any PC station that responded and notified, with audio and voice reports generated automatically. Statistical evaluation module and data warehouse for customer profiling that allows cross-queries in different languages and under different prisms regarding the habits and characteristics of users, graphing or applying filters to the results obtained.
Anaconda Mining
System designed for the treatment of image documents with information on mining projects and coordinates for conversion to database records and texts. Methodologies were used for the analysis of requirements.
This project also included preparing and presenting the project data on a GIS map for the purpose of presenting world mining projects in their geo-referenced context with their respective polar coordinates.
John Paul II Clinic
Clinic administration system for income control, and administrative follow-up of patients, Inventory and management of pharmacy supplies, hotel room administration and patient assignment, control of expenses per patient and collection, control of collections, automatic billing of benefits. Integrated system with the Clinic's accounting financial platform.
Metropolitan SERVICE
Outsourcing for IT strategy definition, in addition to managing specialized IT Help Desk and Human Resource Services for the Software Development and Integrations Area, providing support and application development to a universe of approximately 700 users with tasks such as process analysis and project planning according to strategies and methodologies specified on each occasion by the Metropolitan SERVIU, IT architecture management, application design and data modeling,

Commercial Chau - Buenacarne
Consulting for the redesign of processes and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics platform in the area of Collections, Customer Management and production control, seeking to improve the coordination and optimization of collection portfolio performance together with operational management, using automated control and notification workflows. This project considers both consulting and coaching for the company's management as well as the redesign of collection processes, customer management together with the implementation and development of extensions of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, integrations with ERP and Legacy systems.
